Newly refurbished in 2006 this property is ideal for families and friends and offers all the total privacy and luxury of a villa holiday. This spacious family apartment occupies the ground floor of Villa Las Vinas and ideally sleeps 8 persons but can comfortably sleep 10 people. All facilities within the grounds of Las Vinas are for the exclusive use of guests in Las Vinas including the pool, BBQ and many terraces. It is set within beautiful gardens which are filled with various flowers, palm trees, orange, lemon, grapefruit trees and as its names suggests grapevines. The property is fully accessible for wheelchair users with many adapted facilities.
The impressive pool and pool area is stunning with magnificent mountain views. The huge pool is equipped with a pool hoist and Roman steps for easy access. This tranquil area has a fantastic sunbathing area complete with a gazebo offering shade on those sunny afternoons. There is also a BBQ with seating. There is ramped access to this totally private area.
There are 5 bedrooms in Las Vinas. 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom and 3 single bedrooms. All are beautifully furnished with new beds. The twin bedroom and 1 of the single bedrooms both have fully adapted en-suite bathrooms including roll in showers, heightened toilets, grab rails and adjustable sinks. There is also another toilet/shower room.
The living space is enormous and goes on forever. There is a large lounge with American diner style kitchen. There is Sky TV and a DVD player with a selection of DVDs. The Kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, hob, microwave and oven. There is a spacious dining area with dining space for 10 persons overlooking the front gardens. The bright and airy conservatory offers more comfortable seating and is an ideal place for peace and quiet with garden views. There is also an outdoor terrace ideal for breakfast with your freshly squeezed orange juice!
Other facilities include: a pantry and utility room complete with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Just outside the rear of the apartment is yet another private patio with its own BBQ. This area is lit up in the evening and is ideal for eating alfresco and relaxing in the warm summer evenings.

Heightened 50cm toilets in both adapted en-suite bathrooms. Transfer is available from both sides.

Turning circle is both adapted bathrooms is over 1m.
There are sliding doors which are 1m metre wide to both adapted bedrooms and the adapted en-suites to maximise space.
Wardrobe rails are lowered to wheelchair user height.

Las Vinas is in a quiet urbanisation, 5 - 10 minutes drive from the centre of Calpe. Calpe has all the attractions of a normal seaside town with 4 separate beaches and is famous for its superb fish restaurants. As an international resort, Calpe offers the widest range of excellent restaurants and cafe bars. The beaches are wheelchair accessible with disabled parking and disabled toilets. Just further up the coast are Moraira, with lovely beaches and restaurants and in the other direction the tradition port of Altea. For the more adventurous and kids why not visit Terra Mitica, the famous theme park just outside of Benidorm or the newly opened Terra Natura, animal and waterpark. Or you could try Mundomar, swimming with the dolphins and try out the thrilling water rides at Aqualandia.
