Villa Loukia is a unique 5 star luxury private villa home in Kefalonia,
one of the Ionian Islands of Greece (also known as Cephalonia or Kefallinia and more)
This exclusive villa, available all year round, can sleep 10/12 people.
Twenty minutes from the airport and main town of Argostoli, this extraordinary haven boasts elegant and luxurious accommodation, decadently setting the scene with chandeliers, sumptuous Persian rugs and beautiful soft furnishings.
The headiness continues with each of the 5 double bedrooms and 3 receptions providing breathtaking views of the mountains as well as the sea.
This enchanting venue also boasts a large entertainment area,
swimming pool and terraces and this stunning private haven is within minutes of a delightful little beach.
5 bedrooms – all very luxurious. Large sitting/dining room with grand piano and fire place. Large fully equipped high specification kitchen with breakfast room and separate utility room.
Additional upstairs lounge with satellite television, sound system and DVD player. 4 en-suite bathrooms and a separate family bathroom. Very large terraces (off all rooms) with mountain & sea views.
The garden has a large entertainment area with a swimming pool and a BBQ/eating area. Air-conditioning. A party house which can entertain up to 100 people with ease.
The downstairs bridal suite has a large bath, his & hers separate toilet facilities, four poster bed and its own balcony with stunning views.
Our comfortable villa is available all year round and although the temperatures drop in the winter, Kefalonia is still a fantastic place to visit. This warm villa with open fire and central heating makes a cosy home to stay. You can sit back, relax by the fire and enjoy the breathtaking views to the sea and the snow capped mountains.
