Casa do Prado is a two story Villa with all bedrooms downstair, Each bedroom has french doors leading to well tended gardens.
All bedrooms are fully Air-Conditioned & heated with the addition of variable speed ceiling fans, All rooms have a double wardrobe & two double rooms with en suite.
There is also a fully equipte games room with Air Hockey tabe, Football Table, Board & Garden games ect.
The well equipped kitchen also has french doors leading to balcony with viewes of the sea and country side.
Utility room has second sink with auto washer, chest freezer, & additional safe.
The lounge / diner has a feature marble fireplace with log burning stove. Variable speed ceiling fans. French doors to the front leading to a shaded terrace & sun patio with pool, fresh water shower, sun lougers & dining table / chairs, BBQ,. The french doors to the rear of the lounge leading to additional sun balcony.
There are three large comfortable sofas, and a 42'' flat screen TV with Sat TV, DVD, Vidio, & Sterio / CD player, Selection of over 50 films. Large dining table with seating for 10 + 1.

There are also numerous local shops offering a variety of localy produced goods. ie well stocked supermarket, Post office / Paper shop, Banks, Chemist, etc. Just one mile up the En125 is the Algarve shopping centre has a large Supermarket, Bowling Ally, Multi Screen Cinema [showing latest international films ], 32 Restaurants & Bar, and numerous fashion, electrical, perfume, sport shops etc. The EN125 services the whole of the Algarve just one mile away is Zoomarina were you can swim with Dolphins, or just go for a fun day out with Swimming Pool, Fair Ground, and numerous live shows.
