Casa Josef is tastefully furnished & decorated single story villa with sea views and wheal chair access.
All bedrooms are fully Air Conditioned & heated with the addition of variable speed ceiling fans, there is a safe in all bedrooms. The well equipped kitchen has oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, & microwave. A separate utility room with automatic washing machine, storage, iron & ironing board.
The lounge / diner has a feature marble fireplace with log burning stove. Variable speed ceiling fans. Large dining table with seating for 11, comfortable sofas & chairs, 28'' Tv with Sky reciver, vidio, DVD, & a selection of over 50 films, stereo radio / cd player.
Large patio doors lead from the lounge to covered patio area with fridge, table & chairs, football table, which leads to a large pool and sun terrace with fantastic views over the country side and sea, the pool terrace is fully equipped with sun loungers, & fresh water shower.

The villa is located within easy walking distance on the village of Guia where there are highly recommended restaurants & bars. there are also numerous local shops offering a wide variety of locally produced goods. There is also a well stocked supermarket. Sir Cliff Richards Villa & Vineyards are a short distance from the villa, were there are regular guided tours around the Vida Nova vineyards and wine cellars were you can sample and buy Sir Cliff's Wine and gifts. The villa is approximately 1/4 mile from the main EN125, which services the whole of the Algarve. The villa is surrounded by beautiful open countryside and is ideally situated for a peaceful holiday but is still within easy reach of beaches, entertainmenmt and sport. The Algarve shopping centre is approximately 1 mile away.
The centre has muti screen cinema [ showing latest international films ], bowling alley, 32 restaurants & bars, nuerous fashon, electrical, perfume, sport, etc shops.
The Algarves most popular resort of Albfeira is 3 miles away and local golf is approximately 3 miles away.
