The Villa is located within walking distance of Guia village were there are highly recommended restaurants & bars.
There are also numerous local shops offering a wide variety of locally produced goods, there is also a well stocked supermarket. The Algarve shopping centre is approximately 1/4 mile away. The centre has multi screen cinema [ showing latest inrenational films ] , Bowling Alley, 32 retaurants & bars and numerous fashion, elecrical, perfume, sport shops etc.
Thhe villa is approximately 1/4 the main EN125, wich services the whole of the Algarve.
Zoomarine is only 2 KM from the village, were you can swim with the Dolphins, plus many other atractions [ fairground, swimming, show's etc ]. The villa is surounded by beautiful open countryside with spectacular views and is ideally situated for a peaceful holiday but is still within easy reach of the beaches, entertainment, & sport. Sir Cliff Richard's vineyards are adjacent to villa Matcar, there are regular gided tours around the Vida Nova vineyards & wine cellars were you can sample some of Sir Cliff's wine.
