New luxury house on the new 5 star Hacienda del Alamo Golf Resort with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and Sky Satellite TV. Fully air-conditioned throughout, BBQ situated in own rear garden and access toshared swimming pool. The property is at the heart of the resort, near all the amenities including the 36 bay driving range, clubhouse new Spanish village and Sports Academy.
The lively town of Fuente Alamo is 5 minutes away. Mazarron (with its beautiful blue flag beaches), Cartagena and Murcia are less than 30 minutes drive away.
The resort is gated with 24hr security and has Wi-Fi internet access throughout. There are tennis courts, golf academy and a children's playground, as well as cycle trails. Go for a drink in the 'IT' bar, Clubhouse or the Spaniards Inn. Try the resorts 'La Hacienda' gourmet restaurant (winner of the prestigious 4 forks award).
The superb 18 hole championship golf course is currently the longest course in Spain at 6724 metres and tipped to host the European tour. The course has wonderful wide open spaces and water courses bounded by mature palms, olive and almond trees. There is a 2 tier 36 bay driving range with a 9 hole course, practice greens and bunkers. The Golf Academy has digital swing analyser, equipment and buggy hire.
The Clubouse has a large entrance reception area which is permanently manned. The main entrance leads to the large Golf Shop where there is a golf check-in desk as well as the sales point for golf equipment and clothing. Close to here there is also a TV lounge with Internet connection, a cards and games room and the billiards room. The Spikes Bar and the restaurant are the main focus of this floor and they can be separated by a dividing wall or connected together to seat 250 people. The two spacious terraces have spectacular views over the course. One floor above, a second “top” terrace allows views as far as the Mar Menor.

The Hacienda Del Alamo is a purpose built Golf Resort set in a semi rural area with motorway links to all the major cities. The closest town to the resort is Fuente Alamo (with its many shops, bars, restaurants and Saturday market), is a 5 minute drive away. The larger cities of Murcia and Cartagena are approx 30 minutes by car. Both cities have excellent shopping facilities, bars and restaurants. Along with the port of Cartagena, both cities are steeped in history.
The Mar Menor, bordered by the blue Mediterranean boasts endless sandy beaches and spectacular scenery. This is Europe's largest salt water lagoon, a delight for water sports enthusiasts. Mazarron boasts some of the best beaches in Spain and as well as the many kilometers of fine unspoilt sandy beaches with safe bathing it has been awarded the coveted blue flag for the cleanest area in Spain. Both areas are less than a 30 minute drive from the resort.
