SUPERBLY located overlooking the sea on the main beachfront road, with big BALCONY and SEA VIEW, lovely spacious T1 apartment, rental for VACATIONS in PRAIA DA ROCHA, ALGARVE, PORTUGAL.
Near shops, markets, restaurants, nightclubs, coffee shops, casino and also International Marina of Portimao.
The apartment has 1 BEDROOM with 2 single beds, kitchen, bathroom and living room with dinning and sitting-rooms.
The KITCHEN is completely new and equipped with refrigerator, washing machine, Fridge & Freezer, toaster, microwave, and all other modern conveniences.
The BATHROOM has wash-basin, shower, toilet, bidet, and towels.
The LIVING ROOM has a sofa (which transforms into a bed for two people), TV, a dining table and chairs, and all is need. The living room and the bedroom lead to a BIG BALCONY with table and chairs, and with sea/beach view.
Linen and bath towels are provided, and changed every week.
The apartment has also a private closed GARAGE, and a SWIMMING-POOL, a supermarket in the building's ground floor and several other convenience shops.
The PRICE changes according to the season. From 30 to 105 euros/Day.

Our apartment is in Tomás Cabreira Avenue (The main street), witch follows the coastline to the Santa Catarina de Ribamar Fortress, this avenue is full of bars, restaurants, shops, esplanades and discotheques which, together with the Casino, turn Rocha into a zone of intense commercial and tourist activity.
Praia da Rocha is a typical village with many narrow streets filled with souvenir shops, and boutiques that offer a wide sort of Portuguese handcrafts and typical handmade products. The brand-new marina is now one of the main attractions and the neighbouring beach offers a wide choice of water sports. Everything you could possibly wish to enjoy your stay and vacations.
Along Algarve's coast there are plenty conditions to practice water sports and sport fishing.
Sport fishing boats are based at Praia da Rocha Marina. Sightseeing boat trips show the best of Algarve's coastline.
Seafood and the high quality of our fish give a special taste to Portuguese traditional cuisine and a great variety of restaurants.
