Oleander is our brand new villa in an exclusive Mediterranean style community, located on a brand new subdivision of 96 homes, set on and surrounded by conservation land, all with Spanish tiled roofs and block paved driveways.
On a large corner plot, the villa is furnished to a high standard with many extras for your comfort, convenience and enjoyment.
It is a new 4 bedroom luxury Florida Villa, with 2 master en-suites, 1 double en-suite and a twin bedroom all with ceiling fans.
There are 3 cable TVs, a DVD player and a good selection of DVDs.
The large, open plan, lounge and dinning area, leads out to the larger than average pool, where you can take a dip or simply sit, as we provide patio tables, chairs and recliners and an electric barbeque.
Cook in the fully fitted kitchen and eat at the dinning table, kitchen table or breakfast bar. No need to wash up, there is a dishwasher. For your cloths there’s the washer/dryer and many more extras will make your stay relaxing and comfortable.
