Lounge/Dining Room
The large lounge/dining room is bright and airy and furnished with contemporary furniture. The lounge has 2 leather sofas (one converts to a double sofa bed), large dining room table to seat 6 people, satellite TV which has BBC1, BBC2, ITV, selected sky channels and DVD player. There are patio doors which lead from the lounge out onto the large covered terrace which has outdoor table and chairs. The terrace faces south and has beautiful views of the mountains towards Mijas.
Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob, built-in fridge/freezer, built-in dishwasher, kettle, toaster and microwave. There is also an iron, ironing board and hoover
Utility Room
There is an outside covered utility room housing a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Main Bedroom
The large main bedroom comprises of two single beds which can be pushed together, TV and patio doors to the terrace. There is an archway to fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom.
En-Suite Bathroom
The en-suite bathroom off the main bedroom has a WC, basin and bath with shower over the top
2nd Bedroom
The 2nd bedroom has two single beds that can either be pushed together or left separate and fitted wardrobes.
Main Bathroom
The main bathroom has a WC, basin and large corner shower cubicle.
Outside Areas
The apartment is situated in pretty gardens with palm trees and there is a large attractive swimming pool with a separate childs small splash pool. The pool is surrounded by grass, perfect for sunbathing and sun lounges are available with static umbrellas in the garden for shade. There are also changing facilities, toilets and an outside shower.
The entrance to the apartment block is reached by 3 small steps or there is a sloping ramp for disabled guests with wheelchairs and parents with children. Parking is available directly outside the apartment block and there is also underground parking. Direct lift access is available from the underground parking area and the ground floor to the apartment. The apartment is very secure with an entry-phone and is accessed by security gates.

Area
La Cala Hills is a fairly new development and is very popular as it is not in a big built up area, you feel as though you are in a traditional Spanish location with fantastic mountain views. However, the development is also within close proximity to all amenities, the village of La Cala has plenty of shops and restaurants and is only a 5-10 minute drive away and Fuengirola is also only a 10-15 minute drive. There are also two large shopping centres within driving distance, Miramar in Fuengirola has a cinema which shows films in English and La Canada in Marbella which has a bowling alley. To also keep the kids entertained, there is an aqua park, zoo, go karting and aquarium a short distance away.
Beaches
La Cala has a lovely a beach and is great for children but it is also worth making the extra effort and going to the beautiful beach of Cabopino (only 15 mins drive away). Here you will find a large stretch of golden sandy beach with shallow water for children, plenty of sun lounges to hire and water activities. There is also an attractive port which has numerous restaurants and bars to sit and enjoy a relaxing meal or sangria.
Distances
You will need a car for the duration of your holiday and Marbella is a 20 minute drive, Puerto Banus 25 minutes, Fuengirola 15 minutes, Mijas Pueblo 15 minutes,
Calahonda 10 minutes, La Cala 5 minutes, Malaga Airport 45 minutes. Gibraltar, Granada, Seville, Nerja are also within driving distance.
