This beautiful house is newly built, finished to a very high standard,
well equipped, & fully furnished.
With a patio area at main entrance, balcony from main bedroom and a roof terrace with sea views you have plenty of space to soak up the Spanish sun.
It is located just a few minutes drive from what are considered the finest Blue Flag beaches in the area, Playa Golf also has three magnificent golf courses nearby, Las Ramblas de Orihuela, Real Club de Golf Campoamor and Club de Golf Villamartin. There are a number of activities close to the apartment including tennis, go-karting, bicycle hire, watersports, aqua park and horse riding plus a wide choice of restaurants and shops ensuring that there is something for everyone.
Playa Flamenca is a 5-10 minute drive from the house and has a large commercial centre called Flamenca Beach plus a shopping centre around the Town Hall. There is a large Saturday market where you can pick up fresh fruit & veg, leather goods, clothes and much more. La Zenia is also nearby and the area has plenty of bars and restaurants, a go-karting centre and a beautiful beach.
Torrevieja is within a 10 minute drive and is surrounded by salt lakes which are home to a variety of wildlife including pink flamingos which are protected within the La Mata nature reserve. The town has a large marina, fun fair, promenade which is bustling from early evening with street artists and stalls, a harbour walk and abundant bars, shops and restaurants.
The house is easily accessible from both Alicante airport, 40 minute drive and Murcia (San Javier) airport, 25 minutes by car. Airport pickups can be arranged if you are not intending to hire a car at the airport
The area offers lots to do - For Golfers, some of the best courses in Spain including Campoamor, Villa Martin and Las Ramblas. If golf is not your passion there are numerous beaches within a few minutes drive. In Torrevieja you will find the Aquapark to entertain the kids and shopping at the street markets to find something for everyone. Locally numerous Supermarkets and a few shopping centres. Within a few minutes drive there are plenty of bars for that pre and after dinner drink and plenty of restaurants that cater for all tastes. Campoamor is situated about 10 minutes south of Torrevieja and is serviced by two International Airports, Murcia (San Javier) is about 20 minutes away and Alicante is about 40 minutes away.
