THE HIBISCUS HOUSE is a fabulous 3-bed holiday villa with private pool in North Cyprus. Air-conditioning in lounge and all bedrooms. Sleeps 2-6 (+ cot). With stunning, uninterrupted vistas of mountains and the Mediterranean, Hibiscus invites guests to completely relax by the pool or on sun-trapped terraces. Discover nearby beaches, secret coves, mountain walks and amazing historical sites- all that North Cyprus has to offer from the comfort of this light and spacious villa.
The villa is reassuringly well-equipped with modern facilities.
The villa rental price includes:
Bedroom 1 with double bed, en-suite

All bedrooms have air-conditioning, fitted wardrobes, mosquito nets and electric repellents.
There is sofa-bed and day-bed in the lounge and travel cot.
Family bathroom with bath, shower and wc.
Ensuite to bedroom 1 with shower and wc.
Guest WC on ground floor.
Kitchen: Electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 4-slice toaster, kettle, coffee maker, juicer and child’s high chair, iron and board.
Utility Room: Washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes airer, vacuum cleaner, changing mat and clothers airer.
Lounge: 2 sofas, 1 arm chair, coffee table, carpet, bookcase, TV, DVD, portable stereo. air-con unit, 3 portable fans. Books, guidebooks, CD’s and DVD’s for adults and children. Pay-as-you-go mobile phone.
Dining room: table and chairs for 8 persons.
Other: Lantern lit covered terrace with 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs and dining table with seating for 8 persons.

Cleaning, linen and towels. The property is cleaned and linen changed weekly plus a smaller mid week clean.
Additional cleaning and linen changes available for a small charge.
A travel cot, changing mat and high chair and plastic utensils are also included in the price.
Notes on accommodation
The villa is situated at the top of a flight of wide stone steps and is not suitable for those with walking difficulties.
Families with young children should ensure they are supervised, particularly around the pool area. There are some pool toys available. The local property managers are both English and available to help with any queries.

North Cyprus is worth visiting at almost any time of year. During July and August rain is almost unheard of and it can be very hot. Spring erupts in a blaze of flowers in mid-February and it is still possible to sunbathe up to the end of November.
There are plenty of beaches in North Cyprus ranging from the sophisticated to the wild and deserted.
For history lovers, there is plenty to see from magical castles such as St. Hilarian, (said to have inspired Walt Disney) and Roman mosaics, to monasteries and churches including the beautiful Bellapais Abbey.
Hibiscus House sits just above the village of Alsancak, a typical North Cyprus village with plenty of traditional houses, small shops, supermarket and a wonderful range of restaurants.
It is a six minute drive to the nearest beaches and about 15-minutes drive into the picturesque harbour town of Kyrenia (Girne) with its ancient castle, bustling shops and harbour-side restaurants.

How to get there
Airport: Ercan: 40 minutes
Larnaca: 90 minutes
There are regular flights to Ercan in North Cyprus from Stansted, Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester throughout the year. We can offer advice for flight bookings and arrange car hire and airport transfers to the villa if required.
Alternatively, fly to Larnaca in South Cyprus - we can arrange a taxi to the villa from there if required. Taxi prices vary and advance booking to secure a fixed price is recommended.
The Hibiscus House is 40 minutes drive from Ercan airport and about 90 minutes from Larnaca airport.
