The apartment complex is brand new (to be completed January 2006) and is situated in the town of Nessebar, a picturesque town on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. This small apartment complex is just 80m from the sea and with easy road links to the centre of Nessebar, Ravda, and Sunny Beach. 300m from the complex is a brand new leisure centre with tennis courts and a 'waterworld'.

The Apolon Complex is situated between the village of Ravda and the ancient town of Nessebar. A sand strip connects them. There are melon fields, vines and gardens near the village where one can buy fresh agricultural products at low prices.
Ravda sits snugly in the centre of a beautiful stretch of the Black Sea Coast, and right alongside the ancient settlement of Nesebar. This stunning stretch of coastline, with its picturesque bays, natural golden dunes, rocky headlands and spacious sandy beaches, links Sunny Beach, which is generally regarded as Bulgaria’s most popular beach resort, with the holiday villages of Elenite and Sveti Vlas to the north and Nesebar and Aheloy to the south.
Ravda lies just 16km from Burgas airport and 6km from the main resort of Sunny Beach. With its two sweeping, sandy bays separated by the old fishing pier, its tree-lined streets bustling with café-bars, restaurants, amusement arcades and souvenir shops, its narrow, twisting alleyways meandering down to the beach and, above all, its heady Mediterranean ambience, Ravda offers its visitors an exciting, invigorating but totally relaxed holiday experience - which perhaps explains the local folk-lore claim that everybody who visits Ravda will one day return.
One of the most attractive features of Ravda is its recreational amenities. Together with sunbathing and relaxing on the beautiful sandy beaches, there are fun activities throughout the resort for the whole family. Just 2km away from the Apolon complex, is Nessebar. Located on a small peninsula in the Black Sea which is linked with the land only by a long and narrow isthmus. It has existed for more than 9,000 years and today is protected as a World Heritage Site. It emerged as a fortified Thracian settlement; afterwards it was a Greek polis, then a Roman colony. No one can say for sure whether the isthmus is natural or man-made. The largest number and best known buildings date from 11th to 14th centuries almost all of them churches in the so called ''picturesque'' style: walls intersected by pilasters and lunettes, with stone, brick and ceramic ornaments and arches along the cornice.
