This is a lovely one bedroom apartment on the first floor (lift available) of a block of apartments on Golden Park, probably the best complex in Altinkum.
The bedroom is very spacious with a triple wardrobe, a dressing table and a very comfortable king size double bed. It also has air conditioning for your comfort.
There is a spacious loung /kitchen with a three piece suite, which converts to a bouble bed and a childs bed, a TV and DVD player. Patio doors lead out onto the balcony, with table and chairs for meals or that glass of wine in the afternoon or evening, which overlooks the largest swimming pool of any complex in Altinkum to the one side and gardens to the other. Airconditioning is also available in this room.
The kitchen is equiped with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, all the crockery and cutlery you will need. There is plenty of room to eat inside if you want to get out of the sun.
In the bathroom there is a toilet, shower, bath, wash hand basin, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and an electric water heater.
Your suitcases etc can be left in the hallway giving you more space in the rooms. The apartment also has emergency lighting for those Turkish power cuts.
Golden Park complex is a ten minute walk to the beach, a five minute walk to the supermarket and a fifteen minute walk to the local market on a Saturday. But for those less energetic there are local and frequent busses (Dolmus) at a cost of one lire (about 40p). Just hold out your hand and they will stop anywhere for you .
The complex has 24/7 reception and nightly security patrols, a pool side bar and restaurant service excellent meals at very affordable prices. There is also a large screen sky TV should you miss the footy or soaps. There are two large swimming pools, two childrens pools and a jacuzzi for you to cool off in.
At reception you can book any of the trips available from Oracle Travel or for one lire they will call for a mini bus to take you to Third Beach for the day and bring you back FREE OF CHARGE. This is as well as the Oracle FREE bus into Altinkum and back three times a day. There is also a pool table and computer games section for children up to the age of 95.

Altinkum is ideal for all the family with many attractions to suit all ages. It's three main beaches each have a character of their own and all are safe for bathing. The name Altinkum means golden sands.
The free bus from Golden Park stops in the main shpopping area and just 50 meters away from the main beach.
A promenade runs the full length of the beach and is lined with shops, restaurants and bars. Here you can get good quality food with service you don't see in the UK for just a few pound.
If you phone a restaurant from Golden Park the restaurant will send a car to take you to the restaurant and drop you home afterwards NO CHARGE.
For those interested in historical or religious sites there are many sightseeing excursions on offer as well as sightseeing cruises along the coast or maybe a trip over to the Greek Island of Kos for the day. All these trips can be booked with reception at Golden Park.
