The Villa is brand new has three bedrooms and three seperate bathrooms. It has a modern feel and comfortable furniture. The lounge is large and full of light. The kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances such as microwave, oven and hob, fridge freezer and washing machine. The kitchen is stocked with all the crockery, cutlery and glassware you may need for your stay.
The beds are new and very comfortable. The villa is light and airy and has airconditioning in each room. There is a television and DVD and a number of books and games for your enjoyment.
The outside patio provides a welcome and comfortable ara for sunbathing, eating and relaxing. There ia a large patio table and 6 chairs, sunbeds and a garden swing. The patio has fantastic sunsets each evening and is the ideal spot to spend time at teh end of a busy day.
Check in can be arranged at any time and bookings are not resticted to specific days or even durations. For example if flights are cheaper a booking can be arranged from a wed to sat over an 11 day stay.

Universal gardens is an up and coming area of Kato Paphos - it is a 15 minute walk to the harbour, 10 minutes to the sea front and 10 minutes to the main bar and restaurant areas. There is a local shop and restaurant less than a five minute walk away. The area is peacfule and quiet but within easy reach of all the main shopping and tourist facilities.
Cyprus has sun for 340 days of the year and the summer in July and Aug is very hot. There is a lovely climate in spring and autumn when the weather is still good but slightly cooler than the summer months.
