A 2 bedroom villa with communal pool set amongst the attractive, mature gardens of this peaceful urbanization. There are many facilities close to hand and it’s only a few minutes drive to the town and beaches of Nerja. ( Sleeps 4 ).
DESCRIPTION
The accommodation is spread over 3 light and airy floors with spacious kitchen, hallway, lounge / dining room on the ground floor, the lounge leads out to a private terrace on 2 levels. Back indoors, a marble staircase leads up to the 2nd floor with 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes and attractive ‘Romeo and Juliet’ balconies.
The twin overlooks the pool and the double has views to the sea. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi type bath, overhead shower and washing machine. Another short flight of stairs leads onto the pleasant roof terrace with views to the mountains and sea.
