This is luxury complex of apartments, are arranged around a communal pool and situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood with the main road offering a number of restaurants, bars and shops just around the corner and the local beach being 10 mins walk away. The lively family resort of Protaras and Fig Tree Bay are 10 mins drive. There you will find many more bars, restaurants and for the children a waterpark with Crazy Golf and amusements. Ayia Napa is only 15 mins drive/taxi away. Here is one of the biggest water parks in Europe, a great day out and of course in the evening it is well known for it's clubs.

The veranda is furnished with table and chairs for dining alfesco outside. There is a communal pool with children's paddling area, separate his and hers shower blocks, changing rooms with toilets and gardens.
The nearest beach at Blue Water is Firemans Beach a 10 minute stroll away. Here you can hire sunbeds and parasols, for quieter beaches and rock pools to explore bypass this beach and go onto the next few bays. No sun beds here but very quiet. However the beautiful Fig Tree Bay and picturesque Cape Greco are 10-15 minutes drive away.
The nearest airport is Larnaca and approx. 50 minutes by car/taxi.
A taxi or minibus pickup from the airport can be arranged at an extra cost.
To be able to see the full beauty of Cyprus a car is recommended.
