Most conveniently situated, this pretty bungalow style villa is ideally placed just a short walk from the centre of Praia Da Oura.
The house is reached via a small drive from the road and is set in a little oasis of high hedges, green lawns and pretty gardens.
The pool and terraces are to the rear of the property, affording privacy and sunshine all day long.
You enter the house from the front into an attractive hallway. To the left is the comfortably furnished lounge/dining room, which has feature fireplace and satellite TV (limited channels),Dvd ,video and CD player.
Patio doors open from the rear of the lounge onto the terraces and pool area. Conveniently situated from the dining area is the well fitted kitchen with microwave and there is a washing machine for your added convenience.
The three pretty twin bedrooms lead off from the hall. A full family bathroom, together with a shower room with WC, services these bedrooms.
Outside the 8 metre pool has shallow end for children and there is ample patio furniture for relaxing and living outdoors.
The brick built barbecue is a great added benefit for those meals al-fresco around the pool.

As a result of the tide of tourism this once upon a time fishing village has expanded since the 1960s into a major holiday resort and now has over 12,000 permanent residents.
The centre of the town changes its character after the sunsets. A plentiful collection of bars, restaurants and clubs start to fill-up with the tourist until they over spill into the narrow streets.
There is a good selection of good beaches run both to the east and west from the town. Praia de Balaia, Praia de Castelo, Praia de Falésia, Praia de Galé, de Olhos d’Agua, Praia de Maria Luisa, and Praia de São Rafael, being the main ones.
There is a small museum of 15th and 17th century Ming ceramics and a Municipal art gallery that holds regular exhibitions during the season.
A further addition to the town is a new Virtual Arqueológico Museum. A new Marina is nearing completion on the west side of the town and will offer a different and attractive aspect.
There are an abundance of water parks , and theme parks within 10 minutes drive of the property .
