situated in the lovely old mountain village of Margarites, renowned for its pottery workshops. The two storey detached villa is 100sqm in size and can accommodate up to 8 people.
On the ground floor there is an open plan living/dining area with a fireplace, Satellite TV and Stereo, and a fully equipped kitchenette with microwave oven. The villa has a washing machine, and ironing equipment. There are two ground floor bedrooms, one with twin beds, and one withi double bed, and a shower/WC. The twin bedroom opens onto a covered veranda.
On the upper floor there is a shower/WC, and two further bedrooms, one twin and one with double bed. Both bedrooms have air conditioning (extra local charge) and both open onto a shared balcony. The double bedroom has a further separate veranda overlooking the village, the countryside, and beyond to the sea. In the gardens there is a 25sqm circular swimming pool and a BBQ.
Should there be more than 8 persons, it is possible to book an additional two bedroom apartment (80sqm) suitable for a further 4 people, and which is incorporated into the upper floor of Villa , having its own separate entrance at the back of the villa. The apartment has a living area with TV and CD player, a well equipped kitchenette, and washing machine and ironing equipment. One bedroom has twin beds, and one has a double bed, and both share a veranda (which with a dividing partition, is in fact an extension, of the same veranda serving the villa’s upper floor double bedroom).
The village has a bakery, a super market and some very good tavernas. The bustling village of Perama, 4 km away offers a selection of shops, banks and a health centre. The pretty coastal village of Panormo with its tiny port, sandy beaches and fish tavernas is 15 km away
