It was built in 2004 and it is located near the small village Sesmarias where you have access to restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
It is approx. 4kms from the village of Carvoeiro.
The villa has a cosy interior with a spacious living room with fire place, SAT TV, fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms with bathroom en-suite on the ground floor, another 2 bedrooms (1 children's room with a bunk bed and 1 room with a double bed),1 bathroom on the 1st floor. It has air-conditioning throughout the villa, central heating and maid service is inclusive.
OUTSIDE: There is a vast and beautiful garden outside, a private swimming pool, BBQ on the terrace and on the right-hand side of the house there is a play area for children. This is ideal for a family with many children!!!
