The villa is centrally located for exploring the whole of the island. 15 minutes from the airport, 2kms from a safe sandy beach and marina. Water sports are available from the marina area, including glass bottom boat ride, pedalos, scuba diving and water skiing. There is a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants in Caleta catering for every taste and budget, ranging from small pavement cafes to larger restuarants offering a wide variety of fish, seafood and meat dishes. Guests of the villa may alo use most of the facilities offered at the Elba Palace Golf hotel (located a 5 minute walk from the villa) such as restaurants, bars, gym facilities, tennis courts etc. There is also a courtesy bus running form the hotel to the Commercial Cetnre (large supermarket, up market shops, restaurants/bars) and to caleta.
